i-Forms Medical:  Customized HCFA and UB92 medical form templates enable a company to automate the processing of hard copy HCFA and UB92 forms.  A sophisticated rules-based engine allows a business to validate field form data and perform complex multi-field rule processing leveraging back-end data files or applications.  This solution can validate and data scrub incoming electronic HCFA/UB92 forms as well.
