William Westfall is the Co-Founder of Intelli-Services, Inc. (ISI) and serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for the overall management of the company. Over the past 10 years, Dr. Westfall has played a key role in the promotion of document storage technologies which have provided union trust funds and title companies the ability to convert hard copy paper into an electronic document format. Before starting ISI, Dr. Westfall sold $4.5 million in document service contracts to major accounts such as North American Title, Stewart Title of California, First California Title and the Teamsters Security Fund. Since forming ISI he has played a major part in securing long term financing from both private and commercial investment groups for the company. Dr. Westfall has over 30 years of business experience managing several successful Chiropractic Centers. He also founded a medical delivery service that provided chiropractic care to injured employees for major businesses including Home Depot and Costco.

Barry Ford is the Chief Operating Officer and visionary of Intelli-Services' (ISI), Enterprise Content Management solution (ECM). Mr. Ford's esteemed career includes over 25 years experience in hard copy storage, electronic document management and electronic information system management. He has been the Chief Project Manager for several major confidential file relocations, including U.S. Federal District Courts, I.R.S Northern California Regional Headquarters, and the Social Security Administration Western Regional Service Center. Mr. Ford has also been the Project Manager for several acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and alliances in the Information Management Industry. Before forming ISI, he designed and implemented the "Exact Track", a random-file system used in over 80 title and escrow offices in Northern California. Mr. Ford has been instrumental in securing several Strategic Partnership Agreements, OEM License Agreements and Product Development Agreements.

Scott Beckey joined the management team as an Executive Consultant for ISI. Prior to joining ISI, Scott was President of Xystus Corporation, a software development company, and past Vice President, Business Development at Aurora Biosciences Corporation, a biotech tools provider which reached $2B in market capitalization. He previously worked in the computer industry with Digital Equipment Corporation building computing solutions for the pharmaceutical, energy and defense industries. Mr. Beckey obtained an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and has dual undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science.

Mr. Fanelli has been in Biotech, Biopharmaceutical, and Life Science Senior Management positions for nearly 25 years. He has a proven track record in wealth creation. He played key roles in building early stage companies as a President, Vice President, or member of the Board of Directors. Many of these companies have been in the biotechnology market sector and include: American Bionetics, Cangene Corporation, Quantum Biotechnologies, Base 4 Informatics, and Structural Bioinformatics. He played an entrepreneurial role in starting, managing and nurturing these multi-million dollar companies. Three of these companies had successful initial public stock offerings (IPO’s) while two were acquired by other companies. Mr. Fanelli earned a Master’s Degree in Biological Sciences from California State University, Fullerton.
