Scan Station & Routing
This solution takes your Scanned/Faxed TIFF images and converts them to full text Optical Character Recognition (OCR) searchable PDF files. links to any fax server and/or scanner, so no specific hardware is needed. All files are automatically routed to individual user or departmental Routing Queues thus allowing a simple and effective implementation for a firm wanting to go paperless.
Once in the Routing Queue, the PDF files may be annotated, reassigned and/or approved prior to routing to the appropriate Client/Project. The queues serve as a "working documents" area, which allows for processing and classification of your documents prior to filing to their corresponding place of storage. Routing of documents can be done manually or automatically. Automatic routing can be accomplished using an generated routing sheet.
